Highland Hills offers free off street parking for all residents. A parking permit is required and may be obtained at the office upon move in. Before issuing the permit, we require the make and model of the car and the license plate number. The permit must be visible on the rear view mirror of the car. Only one permit is issued per resident. It is non-transferable. Loss of permit will result in a $50 replacement cost. Residents may obtain a temporary parking permit for their guests. Guests need to park in the Guest Lot. The parking permits are free and are available at the office. They are issued for a maximum of 3 days. Any car without a valid permit will be immobilized or towed.

Pet Policy

Highland Hills allows a cat in all apartments and a dog in designated buildings only. Contact the office for a list of the dog friendly buildings. All pets must have a veterinary certification of current vaccinations. We require a non-refundable $200 pet fee (per pet) and completion of the Pet Application form. A dog must be less than 20 pounds. Only 1 dog is allowed per apartment. One cat is allowed per apartment. Residents may not keep, board or "baby-sit" a pet for any reason, unless it is registered at the office. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fine per pet, per incident.
